Cancellation Policy
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify me as soon as possible. Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without incurring any fees. Late Cancellations: Due to the preparation involved, any changes to your scheduled appointment must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge equal to the full session fee. Maya's Cancellation: In the event that I must cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, you will be offered the option to reschedule your session or receive a full refund. Emergencies: I understand that serious and unforeseen emergencies can occur. If such an event prevents you from attending your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, please contact me directly.
